Every service, everywhere in Vancouver.
Same method wherever you live: we go through your stuff piece by piece, you decide what goes, and everything that stays gets a home that makes sense.
Vancouver homes have a math problem: some of the most beautiful stuff-collecting lives in the country, in some of the smallest square footage in the country. Bikes, ski gear, paddleboards, three hobbies per person, a business in the second bedroom, and a floor plan that was ambitious about one closet.
That's the gap we work in. We're a professional organizing service for people whose lives outgrew their storage. In this city, that's almost everybody eventually.
How it works here
Same as everywhere we work: piece by piece, room by room, and you make every keep-or-go call. In a Vancouver condo the editing is the whole game: when you can't add storage, the only lever left is less stuff, better homed, and it's a more powerful lever than people expect. Most overstuffed homes turn out to be 50 to 75% stuff their owner was already done with.
In the character houses (the Kits four-plexes, the East Van specials with the basement that ate three previous tenants' belongings) the job leans the other way: excavating real storage out of weird corners, and setting up systems the whole household can actually keep.
Everything you release, we carry out and rehome the same day. In a city this dense, there is always someone a few blocks away who needs exactly what you don't.
What people book most in Vancouver
Whole-home resets and ADHD-friendly systems lead here, with moving & unpacking right behind, because Vancouver never stops moving, and a move is the best decluttering trigger there is. And if your entryway opens straight into your kitchen (hello, every Vancouver apartment), you're in luck: that's the mouth of Qi and the heart of the home in one tiny hallway, and it's exactly where we like to start.
Book a free consult: fifteen minutes, no judgment, and please don't tidy up first.
Asked before booking in Vancouver.
Do you organize small condos, or just houses?
Small condos are half of Vancouver and at least half of our work. A 550-square-foot place doesn't have room for organizing theory; it needs ruthless editing and one honest home for everything. The storage test matters double here; if it doesn't all fit, in a condo you feel it every single day.
Do you take the donations away, or do I have to deal with them?
We take them. That's non-negotiable for us, honestly. A donation pile that sits in your hallway for a month isn't decluttering, it's just relocating guilt. Stuff you release goes out the door with us, to shelters, moms' groups, and people who actually want it.
Do you charge for parking and travel in Vancouver?
The free consult is free, full stop. Anything that affects your quote (including the joys of Vancouver parking) is baked into the flat scope we agree on before we start. No meters running, no surprise line items.
Can you work evenings or weekends?
Often, yes. A lot of our clients can only face their storage room on a Saturday, and we get it. Tell us what your week actually looks like at the consult and we'll build the plan around it.
