We're not going to slap a made-up number on this page. A price for a home we haven't seen would be a guess wearing a suit. What we can promise is the structure: a free consult first, then one clear quote for the whole job, before anything starts.
Consult, quote, then work. In that order, always.
1 · The free consult
Fifteen friendly minutes: a chat and a look at your space, in person or over video. You point, you vent, we listen. It costs nothing, commits you to nothing, and no, you shouldn't tidy up first.
2 · One quote for the whole scope
You get a custom quote for exactly what we agreed: which rooms, what's included, how many sessions. Sized to your actual home and your actual stuff, not a one-size price list, and not an hourly meter ticking while you decide about a sweater.
3 · The work, as scoped
The price you approved is the price. If you decide mid-project to add the garage after all, we re-scope it together first. You'll never learn about a change from the invoice.
Three things set the quote. None are secret.
How much space
One closet, one kitchen, or the whole house: the scope you choose is the biggest lever, and it's entirely in your hands.
How much stuff
Two identical floor plans can hold wildly different volumes. The consult exists so the quote reflects your real rooms, not an average of somebody else's.
What we're setting up
A declutter-only pass is quicker than a full reset with new systems, donation runs, and the feng shui layer. You pick the depth; the quote follows.
Worth saying out loud: decluttering usually saves money downstream. Less stuff means about half the chore load, no storage-locker rent for things you were done with, and, if you're moving, a genuinely smaller moving bill.

No judgment surcharge
The state of your home affects nothing but the plan. Nobody has ever been quoted extra for shame, and nobody ever will be.
Donation runs included
Hauling what you release to shelters and moms' groups isn't an add-on; it's part of the job. Letting go should cost you nothing extra.
